The workshop is lead by Malin Winberg from the Leader project Landsbyggare, Yrkeshögskolan Novia, LAG Aktion Österbotten

In this workshop we invite participants to explore how Christmas events can become drivers of ecological, social, and cultural sustainability.

Through dialogue, sharing, and hands-on collaboration, we will:

• Reflect on what sustainability means in the context of festive traditions and community life.
• Share creative ideas and good practices from across Europe.
• Explore how digital tools can help make festive events more inclusive, participatory, and environmentally conscious.
